Terms of Service

Last updated 3 August 2026

The plain-language version: cook good pizza, charge what the menu says, and sort it out fast if we get something wrong. The rest of this page is that promise written out properly.

01

Who this covers

These terms apply whenever you order food from Ninth & Crust — for pickup or delivery through this website, or at the counter — and whenever you create or use a customer account here.

By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right, tell us before you order, not after.

02

Orders and pricing

Prices shown on the menu are the prices charged, in euro, and include the dish exactly as described — extras and sides are priced separately and added at checkout.

We keep the list current, but a dish can sell out mid-service. If that happens after you've paid, we'll contact you to substitute or refund the affected item rather than silently swapping it in.

03

Payment

Payment is taken online at checkout through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that, and our own systems only keep the order total and a payment reference.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. If a card is declined or a payment fails partway through, no order is placed and nothing is charged.

04

Pickup and delivery

Pickup orders are ready at the counter by the time given at checkout — that time is an estimate, not a guarantee, and moves with how busy the oven is.

Delivery is offered to addresses within our usual range and carries a flat delivery fee, shown at checkout before you pay. We can't guarantee an exact delivery window, only that it leaves the kitchen hot.

05

Cancellations and refunds

Once a pizza is in the oven it can't be un-cooked, so orders can only be cancelled for a refund before the kitchen has started preparing them. Call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

If something arrives wrong, cold, or not as described, tell us within the hour and we'll put it right — a remake or a refund, your choice.

06

Allergens and ingredients

We'll tell you exactly what's in a dish if you ask, but every pizza is cooked in the same oven and the same kitchen handles wheat, dairy, nuts and anchovy all night.

That means we can accommodate a preference but can't promise a plate that has never met flour. If you have a diagnosed allergy or coeliac disease, please speak to us directly before ordering rather than relying on the menu description alone.

07

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password to yourself and for anything ordered through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

We can suspend or close an account that's used to abuse the ordering system, place fraudulent orders, or otherwise misuse the site.

08

The website

The Ninth & Crust name, the wordmark, the photography and the text on this site belong to us and aren't yours to copy or reuse without asking.

We built this site carefully but don't promise it will be free of errors or always available — a dropped connection or a kitchen power cut can take it down like anything else.

09

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes — a new delivery area, a new payment method. The version that applies to an order is the one live on the site when you place it.

10

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute that can't be resolved directly between us is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
